Cleaning/Organizing Agreement - Mindfully Clean

Hourly rate for 2019: $       /hr + agreed upon fuel charge $         for kilometers over a 25km radius of 
Hearns Road, Frankford, Ontario (each session) with a minimum of a 2 hour session.

Payment is due at time of session in cash (preferred) or EMT (electronic money transfer -cdn funds) to Another session won’t be booked until the previous is paid in full.

24 hour cancellation notice of session is appreciated or a 2 hr fee rate would be expected.  

Extra Costs 

Any agreed upon supplies for organizing projects will be added to the session fee.

The use of cleaners belonging to the client will not result in a discount from the hourly rate or additional fuel charge.

If the client would like other cleaners, in addition to the regularly used, the client would need to supply them.

There is a $15 service charge for year end or recovery of receipts.

Liability Waiver

Kim, of Mindfully Clean, will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by cleaning, organizing or being on the property.

Kim will not be using toxic products such as bleach or ammonia or strong scents, for everyone’s safety.

Please be advised that each home is cleaned/organized by the hour and not by the job. Please let Kim know, in advance for scheduling, how many hours will be desired for each session as well as the priorities of that specific session. 

More than 1 cancellation within a short period of time could result in a loss of regualr appt time. Only regular appts or advance payment will secure a spot.
