AGREEMENT



Mindfully Clean Cleaning Agreement

This Cleaning Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of ________________________, 


20____, by and between Mindfully Clean (“Contractor”) and __________________________ (“Owner”) 


(collectively the “Parties”). The Parties agree as follows:

HOME


Basic Clean $90-$225 (up to 5 hrs)  *weekly/biweekly discounts available


Deep Clean $135-$225 (up to 5 hrs)


Move in/out $135-225 (up to 5 hrs)



COMMERCIAL


Basic Clean $90-$180 (up to 4 hrs)


Sanitize $100-$200 (up to 4 hrs)



The services will also include any other tasks that the parties have agreed on. Mindfully Clean hereby agrees to provide such services to the client.


Compensation will be payable upon the completion of services in cash or EMT (electronic money transfer - cdn funds) .

Following sessions won’t be performed until the previous is paid in full.


In the event that either party wishes to terminate or change the agreement that party will be required to provide at least 48 hours notice to the other party. There will be a  $40 cancellation fee if you are unable to make your appt without at least 48 hours notice. 


Kim declines using toxic products such as bleach or ammonia or strong scents, for everyone’s safety.



Extra Costs 


In connection with providing services hereunder, Mindfully Clean will only be reimbursed for expenses that have been approved in advance.


The use of cleaners or equipment, belonging to the client, will not result in a discount.


If the client would like other cleaners, in addition to the regularly used, the client would need to supply them.


There is a $15 service charge for year end or recovery of receipts.


DAMAGE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY


Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever occurring (including if arising in consequence of its negligence).


In providing the services under this agreement it is expressly agreed that the contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee.

"But you "missed" something."

June 10/19 While it may seem like your cleaner missed cleaning something in your home he/she might not have missed it at all. Here's some ideas as to what might have happened: Ran out of time. Some cleaners go by the job but I charge over hour. At the beginning if a job I come to an agreed upon time that i will be at the home cleaning, which is generally 2-5 hours.  Bad lighting. Obviously, if there isn't enough light to see, either via sunlight or via bulbs, dirt can't be detected. Lighting too bright.  I've found that sometimes hings like spider webs can be missed if lighting is too bright. Didn't see it. Most cleaners work hard. We get as much done in the agreed upon time as possible. With that said, I dont know of anyone who walks around with a magnifying glass or of a cleaner who would know your house as well as you do.  If you know of a spot that is an issue for you definitely have your cleaner write it down to check before the time i

June 7/19 I consider my work to be creative. Even the cleaning. That's right, I consider cleaning to be creative work. Why? Because I am transforming a space to one of peace and beauty, more than it was before I started. People always apologize for a messy/dirty home but in that I see potential. Potential for my creative work. Work I can be proud of! When I'm done with a home I take a look back and smile. It may not be perfect but its always a thing of beauty. And the house smiles back. 😊❤
