wipe down accessible/reachable surfaces in kitchen & bathroom & spot wash walls/doors
clean inside & outside microwave
polish glass/mirrors, within reach
sweep/vacuum & mop accessible/reachable areas

RATES

$30/hr in Trenton, minimum 2 hrs (outside Trenton min 3 hrs)

Move in/out: 3-5 hrs

For a vacant home...

$10 cancellation fee to be added to next bill, if not rescheduling for the same week

NOTE:

Larger homes, extra bathrooms, extra clutter/furniture, toys, animals and carpet (vs bare floors) all increase cleaning time. Prices do not include ovens, steam cleaning carpet, removal of rust, hard water, "pet messes" or outside the property. Vacuuming won't be done in an area that may contain pet urine/faeces etc to be sure not to damage equipment.

"But you "missed" something."

June 10/19 While it may seem like your cleaner missed cleaning something in your home he/she might not have missed it at all. Here's some ideas as to what might have happened: Ran out of time. Some cleaners go by the job but I charge over hour. At the beginning if a job I come to an agreed upon time that i will be at the home cleaning, which is generally 2-5 hours. Bad lighting. Obviously, if there isn't enough light to see, either via sunlight or via bulbs, dirt can't be detected. Lighting too bright. I've found that sometimes hings like spider webs can be missed if lighting is too bright. Didn't see it. Most cleaners work hard. We get as much done in the agreed upon time as possible. With that said, I dont know of anyone who walks around with a magnifying glass or of a cleaner who would know your house as well as you do. June 7/19 I consider my work to be creative. Even the cleaning. That's right, I consider cleaning to be creative work. Why? Because I am transforming a space to one of peace and beauty, more than it was before I started. People always apologize for a messy/dirty home but in that I see potential. Potential for my creative work. Work I can be proud of! When I'm done with a home I take a look back and smile. It may not be perfect but its always a thing of beauty. And the house smiles back. 😊❤
